If you’re looking for a Registered Dietitian with years of experience in eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting, you’re in the right place. All of MNC’s Registered Dietitians have extensive experience in eating disorder treatment and many have or are working towards additional certifications in intuitive eating and nutrition for eating disorders.

While our work is rooted in the non-diet, Health at Every Size framework, most of us did start off in the ‘traditional’ nutrition world of prescribing meal plans and even focusing on weight and numbers. We’ve all had our own journey to get here, but we are happy to call ourselves ‘reformed’ dietitians because we’ve learned through experience that diets don’t work and our clients deserve a more person-centered approach to nutrition.
